Beginner's guide for custom loop liquid cooling (important tips for noobs)
This is a video on the essential and useful things that I learnt while building a liquid cooled CPU with hardline pipes using the Corsair HydroX XH305i RGB Pro White kit (https://youtu.be/Z9MqMHmejmg) in the @corsair 5000T (https://youtu.be/Aha7D5-ilQE).
This includes:
Hints on how to configure your system using Corsair's configuration tool (see https://go.corsair.com/WDPjNe)
Tips on bending the pipes to avoid problems
Essential things on the pump/reservoir
Logic around pipe placement and food for thought
How to get rid of bubbles
The importance of a drain valve (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6iBo-0Nn24)
And much more

This kit is fantastic because it includes everything you need to get started with liquid cooling your CPU (except for the heat gun). That includes the D5 pump/reservoir combo, the CPU block, six pipes, multiple connectors, three Corsair QL120 RGB fans, a Commander Pro, RGB hub and the radiator.
Also it works with iCue RGB sync so it will work with Tiny Tina's Wonderland for immersive RGB lighting https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/tiny-tinas-wonderlands
