The Maritime Experiential Museum opened on October 15, 2011, and the last attraction opened on November 22, 2012, The Marine Life Park.
The grand opening of the integrated resort was held on December 7, 2012, officiated by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong together with Genting Group Chairman Lim Kok Thay.
