All it took was avoiding damage room after room. After enough rooms I would unlock an item room, at which point I could pick and upgrade and hope an Athena token would spawn. Eventually one did and by that point I was feeling fairly overpowered. Once I had the Minigun I knew it was going to be a fun run. Then I added damage, lots of it. I also added extra bullets and lots of fire rate. The result was even this final boss disappearing before I could really even see her. After many failed runs my mission is complete.
