Hadis 15: Berkata baik memuliakan jiran dan tetamu

Pengajaran hadis:
Hadis ini menerangkan beberapa tuntutan lman, antaranya ialah berkata hanya perkara benar dan
berfaedah, kurang bercakap, menghormati jiran tetangga dan memuliakan tetamu.
Seorang yang benar-benar beriman akan menjaga lidahnya daripada berbicara perkara haram kerana dia akan dipersoalkan di hari qiamat nanti. Dia lebih senang diam daripada berkata buruk seperti mengumpat, mengeji, mencaci, memaki hamun dan mencarut.
Seorang yang benar-benar beriman akan menghormati jiran tetangga dan tetamunya, menyempurnakan hak mereka dan tidak menyakiti mereka.
Jiran tetangga adalah suatu golongan yang mendapat perhatian besar dalam lslam. Hormat menghormati, tolong menolong dan hidup berjiran yang muafakat adalah asas keamanan, kemajuan dan keharmonian sesebuah masyarakat.
