Miracles do happen after all, after a very long time finally the debug menu is in a working state and the countless hours Solidsnake11 spend on trying to get it to work were completly worth it. There are some minor bugs like the enemies spawned via the debug pulling their sounds from the wrong soundbank.
There are also more debug menus than shown in this video.
