Alfira is such a good character. So many times in games and fiction bards come across as incredibly unhinged ranging from "quirky" to the point of being a parody, or else incredibly self-absorbed and arrogant, or horny on main, or some combination there of.

Alfira is none of that. Alfira is a proper creative. I immediately relate to her having some sort of burning concern or emotion that she wants to express but can't adequately do so just with conversation or words. And the frustration and blinding self-doubt about her own abilities and talents, and the frustration that a creation isn't doing what you want it to do. That it isn't filling or accepting the emotion you want to place into it.


That's so familiar.


Go on Alfira, ignore the squirrels, you're amazing.
