STEEP! the precipice hike in acadia is THE steepest hike I've ever done. we did this hike the morning after celebrating my birthday and eating and drinking way too much so that prob was our first mistake. BUT this hike is a MUST. It is so incredible and once you get to the top there are 360 views of Acadia National Park. And the hike down is much easier and you don't go down the same way.
