The NOON VR headset is possibly the best and most affordable way to experience Virtual Reality. While it may lack the hardware that something like the Samsung Gear VR packs, the software behind the app makes up for it and it's certainly a lot more affordable than both the Oculus Rift VR headset and the Samsung Gear VR.
