Beta Bully - Making a Mark recreated mission

MOSTLY recreated, at least.
This mission in the final game is basically 1/3 of what it was going to be.
According to its ID (5_09), it was also meant to be the last mission of Chapter 5, not the first.
To acquire paint, you had to ask Clint for some, instead of buying it.
You would have dealt with Lefty as he stole Clint's bike, bring the bike back to him and he would have told you how to acquire paint.
An entire segment involving distracting a dog with dog food and going through a building was scrapped entirely, with dog interactions and the building's collision also being removed.
After obtaining paint, you would have met with Earnest, warning you that police officers were already aware of Jimmy's intentions, as such you had to get to the back of the Bullworth Town City Hall without being spotted, lay the tag, and then get back to the dorm.
Fun facts:
Clint was originally called Henry.
He was the only Dropout that respected you. (Probably because of Mailbox Armageddon and The Collector, which were scrapped but still have some leftover files on the PS2 version)
