Starfield needed more dungeons and unique items to reach the hights of Skyrim and Fallout 3. They really need writers and level designs working closely together to make great stories within these dungeons.

I feel that they need to return to their roots, all staff need to go back and play Skyrim, oblivion, fallout 3 & New Vegas. They really need to understand what made those games so awesome, and to be honest it's easily done, basically DO NOT USE AI GENERATION CRAP! Put some genuine thought and passion within your designs, from level designs, weapon designs, armour designs etc.

Go back and really analyse what people loved about Bethesda games, ask the community, do polls, do questionnaires and really try to understand what people say and want. That's how you grown and innovate. Good luck Bethesda, best wishes for the future.
