While Adam has a high fidelity 3D scan of his head that he has tested on many 3D printers, a printed plastic headform turns out to not be sufficient for his personalized cosplay mannequin. The team at Beatrice Forms took that 3D model and turned it into a milled foam head that Adam finds much more useful. Let's take a look at how this was made and Adam's reaction to unboxing it!
