Another Minecraft/Grand Theft Auto YouTuber has a Telegram bot impersonating "Jelly" contacting on WhatsApp and Telegram, Exchange goods or credit card, spamming so frequently, and Impersonate YouTubers, this results of Four or Five Violations on YouTube Guidelines, even with new 'Handles' Policies they still use Special Characters even though you're not allowed to use it
