Pey'j can fix it,but it'll need a fuse for power. We'll be exploring the west wing first. As soon as you call the service elevator,you'll be attacked by little robots. Jade will have to go up the Lift on her own. She'll soon find Double H,held in a torture device. Snap a pic and you'll be able to get the code for the locker,which holds a Gyrodisc Launcher. Use your new toy to destroy the device,free Double H,and get a pearl. His memory is a little fuzzy from being tortured. Triple H can break down small iron grates with his head. You'll soon be back in the central area,however that Reaper people mentioned appears now. BOSS FIGHT: Cyclopeus Palustris,aka Reaper. You can probably guess,but it's eye is a weak point. Wait for a chance to hit it's eye with a Gyrodisc,then whack it with your staff. If it jumps high away,wait for it to finish spitting stuff at you,or try to hit it with another disc if you're quick. It'll fall into the water when it dies,and leave a pearl behind.
