WHAT IF YOU CANT START APACHE AND CANT ACCESS LOCALHOST ?
Easy, its just a port problem. Go to C:\Xammp\Apache\Conf and open with notepad httpd.conf
Once in, change the ports localhost:80 to localhost:8080 and Listen 80 to Listen 8080, save and exit.
Now do the same in C:\Xammp\Apache\Conf\Extra with httpd-ssl.conf
VirtualHost _default_:443 to VirtualHost _default_:4430 and Listen 443 to Listen 4430, save and exit.
Make sure that your router got those ports opened of course.
Now to access localhost you need to define which ports you just opened, because if you just write "localhost" its gonna get the predetermined one which was originally 80. So in this case, you will have to write "localhost:8080", also to access the webpage of your server you will also have to define the custom ports: examples: localhost:8080 o 127.0.0.1:8080 o localip:8080

(if you want to change the map, simply go to the tab "lists" , then "map lists" select desired map from the left column, and with the blue arrow throw it to the right column. Once in the right column, just double click on the map you want to change. and thats it)
Remember if you want to be "in game admin", use the same name of your account as the procon account.

The problem there is with the firewall of the master computer. go to control panel / windows firewall / allow an app or feature
Once there click on change settings with administrator rights. and tick on private and public for the blazeserver and the bf3 executables. Problem solved.
