Chapter 3: Mission Vambee Part 3; The 2nd Crest Guardian
With the Water Scroll acquired as well as the Angel Statue needed to open the big door that was locked in the Restaurant's Basement, we tackle the second Crest Guardian.
Relic Keeper is this Crest Guardian's name and it commands fire even though it guards the Water Crest.
To damage its core you must use the Water Scroll to damage the fire beast the Relic Keeper commands. Only then will the core show itself after the beast has been damaged enough. Hit the core 3 times to defeat Relic Keeper.

[AZL9S NOTES]
For the longest time I always wondered why I saw the name "Musashiden" on the title screen. Apparently going by Wikipedia, the reason is this:
The game's English title was changed from "Brave Fencer Musashiden" to "Brave Fencer Musashi" in order to avoid confusing non-Japanese players about the title character's name, as "Musashiden" means "Musashi's story".
