BG3DReader Test 3: Gutter Items and Scenery

5This took me longer than I thought to get working, because I had to get the items (which are actually just the pinecones / leaves / pillars) to export as DIF as well. Their textures were in big-endian BGRA 5551 format though, which gave me a surprising amount of trouble to decode.
Background music is the gutter theme from Bugdom 2 just because I can.
