These dumplings are incredibly tasty! I can't get enough of Bibigo Steamed Dumplings from Costco. They have a delightful texture that's soft and fluffy, and they're generously filled with well-seasoned pork, tofu, and vegetables. It's funny because my husband is usually skeptical about tofu, so I conveniently omitted that detail from the ingredient list. Surprisingly, he couldn't even tell that there was tofu in these dumplings. Honestly, if I hadn't checked the ingredients, I would never have guessed that tofu was a part of it – its flavor is completely undetectable.
