At 5:22 I wasn't kidding when I said the bitrate can be lower. 2000-3000 Kbps is plenty and will save a ton of storage space. At 2000Kbps that's still going to be about 1GB per hour of recording, or 2TB for the whole season. I'd recommend stopping your local recordings overnight to save space.
If the Browser capture is not cooperating, you can also use either the Display Capture source or Window Capture source to capture an entire screen or an actual browser window, but you will also need to add an Audio Output Capture source or make sure Desktop Audio is already present in the audio mixer. If you do it this way though you will also pick up other sound from your computer.
Lastly if you want to be able to listen to the feeds while you're recording them: right-click the Audio Mixer bar for the quad cam and choose Advanced Audio Properties, you can change Audio Monitoring to "Monitor and Output".
