We're going to see a lot coming to New World. In january we can expect dungeon mutators and a maybe a new weapon called the blunderbuss!

There is also going to be a major reduction to the azoth cost of fast traveling. The devs talked about the greatsword, daggers, other weapon ideas, balancing, lore, quests, and more.

There are ice gauntlet and fire staff buffs coming soon as well which is pretty important.

We also found out that the gypsum from corrupted portals only drops from the highest level corrupted portals.

They also gave a roadmap for the game, with february being dedicated to fixing bugs, banning bots, and cleaning up the game.

This was the best New World developer update so far, and I hope they do more like this in the future!
