So it's finally here - the big update that we have all been waiting for. Was it worth the wait - hell yes!

A road network and a truck that you need to locate and repair and this can be used to quickly travel around the island and save your legs from the marathon like expeditions to the outlying villages and you can load the back up with storage boxes and fill these with your plunder without needing to return to your base so regularly.

I have documented my experience of my first game play after the update so you can see how my base was affected by the update. A number of incursions by trees and boulders into various structures and the surrounding fence but this was easy enough to tidy up plus I was left with a stack of resources.

I hope you are enjoying this game as much as I am. It will be interesting to see what other updates the developer has in mind for the near future.
