We caught up with BigFest producer Lee Clare to learn more about the music festival sim that's coming to PS Vita.

"This idea that you're promoting real music is a new thing. So there's kind of been a lot of prototyping just to try and sort of understand how can we make this fun. But also sticking to that core premise of 'the people are playing music in festivals and driving real charts'."

Clare also explained how the free-to-play model will work (with a boost system), the research that's gone into it (festival visits), and reveals that the game is being lined up for release this winter.
