Not Mars Factory Workers From Byker Grove, no. Thats an entirely different game directed by Shane Meadows. This is a late stage Super Nintendo game based on one of the better anthropomorphic animal action cartoons of the 90's. Konami wisely elected to do a racing game with the license, and it's not too bad at all actually.
