How to bin surf:
1) Find a round bin or other waste disposal unit.
2) Wax and polish the bin to reduce friction.
3) Put on a pair of lightweight bowling shoes and cover the soles with oil.
4) Push the bin.
5) Jump onto the bin. Remember: professional bin surfers never walk on the bin, instead sliding on the rotating surface. Step only to readjust your balance.
