The story is very theme-appropriate to what's going on in real life.
This game can be an example of where all this robot/A.I. stuff can lead.
Combat reminds me a little of Dead Space ( 2008 ).
Regarding how you can dismember the robots and they keep coming after you.
While not quite as good as Dead Space, the combat in Binary Domain does feel good.

It is a First-Person Shooter where the enemies are robots as well.
