You may need Runtime Binaries: https://www.libsdl.org/download-2.0.php (e.g SDL2.dll, try both, but not at the same time. You place in the same folder as the executable. You will need 7zip to extract the archive. This may not work after some time as the executable may become outdated (with relation to SDL2). I might try and make a web version with WASM at some point, if I ever get the time.)
