Hello, Hello, Hello, and welcome friends! - to me! opening a chair! So exciting! But not really and it's not supposed to. I hope this video helps you relax or fall asleep. I got a new chair because my old one was in tatters pretty much. It came in a huge box so in this video I take it out of the box and build it with my own two hands. Hopefully it makes relaxing sounds, or the sound of my soft spoken voices puts you to sleep. Also at times it makes a little buzzing sound in one ear and I'm not sure what that is, so sorry. Also my dog sometimes comes and helps and at one point he breaths in your ear and its super cute and he is a good boy.

First and foremost, I whisper because I find it very calm and relaxing. but also to create ASMR.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the name of the feelings that some people experience that consists of a strange, but pleasurable, tingling sensation in your neck area and down the spine when hearing certain soft sounds such as close-up whispering, brushing, or tapping or seeing certain calming visuals such as hand movements, or a combination like watch Bob Ross painting videos. ASMR is great to help people relax, become calm, study, and reduce stress and insomnia.
