Binding of Isaac - How to kill Mega Satan with The Keeper (any setup)

This was a multi-completional run but it proves the method more.
Keeper is a secret challenge character consisting of two pennies serving as its health. You can unlock him by beating Greed mode consistently and maxing out the greed donation machine at the end (1000 coins).
His max health can't be increased, only reduced and that is the challenge. You have a variety of ways to make your life easier with him and that's what I'm promoting here, so
Here's what you really need:
- Swallowed Penny trinket (beat challenge #15, but I suppose you already did)
- Key Piece #1 and #2 (skip one devil room for a chance of angel rooms, blast the angel statues, in case you don't remember) or Dad's Key
Optional OPs:
- Mom's Knife (3 knives)
- Tech-X (what I'm sporting here)
- Tech 0.5 (bypasses slow tears)
- Chocolate Milk (same)
- Godhead (lol)
- Proptosis (big tear shrinking thingy)
- Cricket's Head (dmg up)
- Magic Mushroom (all up)
- Blood of the Martyr (dmg up)
- Death's Touch (scythes)
- 20/20 (always)
- 8 inch nails (one up, one down)
- Purity (should beat Hush with Maggy for that)
- Infamy (face shield)
- Lost Contact (shielded tears)
- Holy Light (holy shot)
- Odd Mushroom, the thin one (heavy tears up in exchange for a little bit of dmg, worth it)
- Epic Fetus (3 fetus strikes one after another)
- Broken Watch (mine slowed down Mega Satan, will yours?)
- Stop Watch (after you get hit slows down the room, but only if you donate 999 to donation machine)

You will find the trinket in Basement I or II, but more likely in Cellar, blast the urns, they have a chance to drop:
1-3 spiders
couple pennies
A Quarter
Swallowed Penny (about 1/10 I'd say, not so rare, can take a retry or two)
What it does is when you take damage, one or two pennies appears out of you to collect back, (which shouldn't escape Keeper's grip, should they) regaining health. It can be a clutch, but it makes it really fun and less a pain.
If you miss the urns, special nickel-eyed shopkeepers (234 coins greed machine) have a chance to drop it, but I would never count on that, very low chance while also including all the other penny trinkets.
