Here's what you need:
- The Lost (die in Sacrifice Room with Missing Page trinket to unlock)
- Holy Mantle starting item (donate 879 coins to Greed Machine, it gives you one damage tolerance per room)
- Broken Remote trinket (teleports you anywhere else when activating an item)
- Magic Fingers (shop), or any active item of infinite use (Guppy's Paw should work)
- Key Pieces 1 and 2 (skip devil rooms, bomb angels, twice), or Dad's Key

Literally any setup should work when you can quick retry the boss and reset the Holy Mantle.
