Resident evil garbage "knockoff" (could you even call it that?) that got removed off of Steam extremely quickly.

There is a long period of time in this video, sometime after the 2 minute mark, where I am wandering aimlessly attempting to find a way to unlock the last 2 achievements. I relaunched the game and killed the first enemy again (end of video) to get these.
