Whoo! Part eighteen! So, you may or may not be able to figure out this episode's topic... Figure it out yet? Oh, you did? Wow, you're brilliant! Yes, the research camera. The research camera is a very useful tool that gives you damage bonuses and special abilities/tonics. And while the type of camera has changed (from picture to video), the principle remains the same. Record the subject with your device, and over time gain benefits from doing so. Although in Bioshock 2 you now can track your progress made on each subject, and each type of attack makes more points. The first game you had to kind of guess which ones still needed researched or how much more research there was left to do. Not only that, but you had limited film to work with, while you don't have to even worry about that in Bioshock 2. They certainly made a heck of an improvement on the research camera in Bioshock 2. But which do you like better? Taking snapshots or recording footage? Seeing how much progress you've made or making a wild guess? Having the film mechanic or just get to take as many photos/much footage as you please? Comment, rate, and subscribe!
