B.I.O.T.A. - Review (PC)
5Overall, B.I.O.T.A. is a solid 2D action-platformer. There are a lot of tried and trusted gameplay mechanics on display and the game’s gorgeous visuals, combined with the palette swapping feature, create a visual feast for the eyes.
It’s just a shame B.I.O.T.A. feels like this could have been so much more. Maybe future updates to the game will refine the campaign and expand upon the additional modes, but as it stands right now, B.I.O.T.A. is a straightforward, enjoyable, yet sometimes frustrating 2D action-platformer shooter. Some good ideas but also some underwhelming features.
