People talk about the game industry not having job security, but in what industry can you produce nothing profitable for over a decade and most keep their jobs?

EA have been generous, I'd say incompetently so, BioWare should've been shuttered or massively revamped not after Anthem came out but during, when it was clear the studio's culture was rotten.
