Rusty Guns is a free tiny game created by Pixelcafé Games. It tells the story of an old retired sheriff, Lance, on the trail of the Sunset Raiders gang who robbed the town and probably had something to do with the disappearance of the town's new sheriff.
The version I'm playing here is the incomplete, 14 levels one, but there's actually a continuation, which I am eager to also play. It's because the game revels in its simplistic design reminiscent of old Atari games, complete with atmospheric, but indeed screeching music. It's also filled level by level with clever puzzles, not the kind that stump you thinking, but the kind that let's the player easily figure out how to progress. It's easily enjoyable and very short.
