In this video I will show you how to fix issues with old games running too fast, in this case Black and White 2. This fix can be used for a number of other games that run off of the speed of the CPU to run their engines. The fix can help fix issues such as dialogue or cinematics playing too fast, enemies running/firing too fast, tick issues with puzzles and platforming and more.

I made this guide after having trouble finding a solution myself online.

What we need to do is limit the frames per second the game runs at. A lot of modern systems can play these older titles well in excess of 120fps which causes older games to break down. They ran off of the speed of the CPU and weren't designed for the power houses modern PC's have.

Its a quick and easy fix, so give it a shot and see if you can improve/fix your favourite old game today!
