This episode of Black Ops 2 In Depth will fully explain what lag is, how it works on BO2 (or any CoD game), what causes lag, and how Black Ops 2 compensates for that lag. This information comes from months of my own experiments, the bros at Den Kirson's forums, and a very long chat I had with Treyarch dev Alexander Conserva ( https://twitter.com/AlexConserva ). The experiments in this video are not 100% exact, or even actually laggy events. Just minor special effects and fiddling with game settings in order to simulate relevant types of lag.
