This is after hitting all of the troll faces and fighting the boss waves. You get to a room where you can choose whatever guns you want and packapunch for free. You can keep going back and forth between the room and the actual map. And after hitting all the troll faces, you get every perk (even get to keep them after being downed). I did buy all the perks before hitting the troll faces though. We didn't do the troll faces until round 28 or something.

Developer of this map is weird and since this video was recorded, he updated the map to make it objectively worse.
