Blake Stone: Planet Strike - 18 Mutant Isolation Area - 100% 4K No Commentary
23This is my new and improved playthrough of Blake Stone: Planet Strike. Hardest skill level, getting all kills (where possible), secrets, treasure, all informants alive... And now in 4K, widescreen, and hardware renderer. I'm using the latest version of Bibendovsky's source port
Planet Strike is the sequel to Aliens of Gold, released too late in 1994. Still using the Wolf3D engine, it contains 24 new levels, new weapons and new enemies* (*It's just reskinned ones, regular monsters with skins from the bosses of the previous game. And the soldiers have been traced over with an alien look, and their sounds playing backwards... cheap. At least the bosses are completely new).
The objective in every level is finding an explosive and using it to blow some kind of security tube to unlock the next level, instead of just finding a red keycard. It has a few new features, like the ammo clips exploding and killing you if they're within an explosion blast, giving you absolutely no reason to use the explosive weapons at all. It also features a minimap which you can spend batteries to magnify and show secret pushwalls. If you liked AoG, it's more of the same, with a couple novelties.

Este es mi nuevo y mejorado playthrough de Blake Stone: Planet Strike. Máxima dificultad, todas las bajas (donde fuere posible), secretos, tesoros, y espías vivos... Ahora en 4K, formato panorámico, y renderizado por hardware. Estoy usando la última versión del source port de Bibendovsky.
Planet Strike es la secuela de Aliens of Gold, lanzada muy tarde, en 1994. Todavía usa el motor de Wolf3D, contiene 24 nuevos niveles, nuevas armas y enemigos* (*Son reskins, monstruos normales con los skins de los jefes del anterior juego. Y los soldados han sido redibujados por encima con un look alienígena, y sus sonidos se reproducen del revés... cutre. Al menos los jefes con completamente nuevos).
El objetivo es encontrar un explosivo y usarlo para volar un cubo de seguridad para así poder teletransportarnos al siguiente nivel, en vez de encontrar una llave roja. Tiene algunas cosas nuevas, como que la munición explota si está en el radio de efecto de una explosión, quitándote cualquier razón que pudieses tener para usar armas explosivas. También tiene un minimapa que podemos amplificar usando baterías para que marque las paredes secretas. Si te gustó AoG, es más de lo mismo, con un par de novedades.
