This character is either good or bad depending on the rng you get. My first run with her i got everything i needed and she was unreal. My second run was rough due to terrible rng from bad potential skills popping up to bad refreshes on the potentials to potentials not showing up at all until too late in the run. I think this character is super fun when you get all the stuff you need as early as you can.
