This mini boss is very frightening when you encounter him the first time. It's a ginormous bull with burning horns, basically. And he's really quick, never stands still and deals a lot of posture damage and regular damage, and he also set's you on fire. I really didn't know what to do the first time I got there. But 5 tries later, he died. The thing with Sekiro is, that every enemie is different and you need to fight every opponent accordingly. I wouldn't rely on blocking and even parrying on this one, because he is just too strong. So try running (remember: you have infinite stamina!) and always stay to his side. When he turns aroung, hit him. When he comes too close, jump. His health goes down pretty quickly, so he is to be fought more traditionally as opposed to parrying his attacks.
