Blender Design Basics for 3D Printing | 4 Easy Plant Pots with the Bambu Lab P1S
58Hey everyone! It’s Kevin—back with another Blender tutorial for 3D printing.
In this video, I’m walking you through how I designed these 4 custom plant pots, all modeled in Blender and printed on my Bambu Lab P1S. If you’re new to 3D printing or just getting into Blender, this one’s beginner-friendly—and part of my Blender Basics for 3D Printing series.
I’ll walk you step-by-step through my full process: from measurements and modeling to slicing and tips for making these functional—whether you want them as decorative cover pots or plan to plant directly into them.
We’ll cover: 🪴 How I set up Blender for 3D print modeling
🪴 Design tips for different pot styles (geometric, organic, ribbed, and one with a fun little face)
🪴 Exporting STL files and using Bambu Studio for slicing
