🔧 1. Shipping Timeline Update
• US/Canada Orders: Shipping now projected between late July and end of August
• EU/UK/Rest of World: Delayed slightly due to PCB supply, shipping August

🧊 2. Injection Mold Enclosures
T0 samples look solid, with only a minor mold detail being finalized. Full production starts after in-person review.

🇺🇸 3. US-Assembled PCBs
All boards are in-house and undergoing soldering, testing, and final prep.

🧪 4. Testing Jig Upgrades
We’ve enhanced our testing station to automate validation of:
• BLE, ESP-NOW, IR, AP spam
• OTA update testing w/ checksum
• Voltage checks, button functions, SPIFFS & more!

Freshly built BLEShark Nano boards are lined up and getting ready for enclosures.

🔐 6. OTA Update System Overhaul
We’ve moved away from GitHub and now use a secure custom CDN:
• Encrypted updates (HMAC per device)
• Faster & more secure firmware delivery
• Improved scalability & update control
