[Blind run] Lies of P - truth number 1 - I'm a puppet
0I would have liked to add a commentary, live, during the game, as I was playing.
I had a number of technical issues and then, when I finally gave up and started playing, I realized that when I play, I do not talk: I am very silent (besides the occasional swearing for obvious reasons).
I am silent.
I am a puppet with no mouth, such as the hero (is it a hero? And is it a "it"? Yes, about this I am enough sure, but - again - is it a hero?) in this story: it does not talk, just action, literally: going there, attacking that, interacting with this. But not a word.
Alright, the talking is very bad in this game: mouths and words do not match and, maybe, it is the only thing I absolutely dislike about this game. But the way it talks to other characters looks more like a necessary information which is not even required to be asked.
In this case, it looks so much like Bloodborne, with the unknown and silent hunter (well, it just screams when it dies: here, nothing, just a wirring sound).
So, the hero is mechanical: we hear it, we see it. And it is - likely - not the first of kind.
I know, they all say it is the "only one" (how original!), but there are some hints here and there about this puppet not be the first. Or, maybe, it has always been it, but not in this particular version.
Anyway, I am loving the references to Bloodborne (especially that poor soul hanged upsidedown), but I appreciate also the Sekiro combat: it is the perfect combination.
So, without further ado, let's roam the streets of KRAT!
