I mentioned before but I wasn't exactly sure when it happens but you can see how hurt Eileen here is and I was already feeling kinda nervous about that. As far as I can tell that was caused mostly by me leaving her in a dangerous area. There is no way to heal her either which means to get a chance at the good ending we need to load an earlier save and do it all again.
