When you come to the Fishing Hamlet, you will find Simon who has been mortally wounded by Brador (12:05). Brador phantoms will continuously be spawned in 4 specific areas until the real Brador is killed:
1st Encounter - on the bridge after the lamp (17:15). Drops the Bloodied Arm Bands.
2nd Encounter - Found within the cave (29:30). Drops the Bloodied Trousers.
3rd Encounter - He will ambush you in the village after collecting an item (1:24:50). Drops the Beast Hide Garb.
4th Encounter - Guarding the real Brador (1:52:10). Drops Brador's Testimony.

Brador is found in a cell just after the Underground Corpse Pile lamp. Killing him will give you the Bloodletter weapon (1:53:25).

At the end of the Fishing Hamlet lies the orphaned child of the Great One Kos, who gave birth posthumously (1:41:40). He is weak to electrical attacks from the Bolt Paper. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/goosefacedkillah
