-talk to the man that look like a homeless man (sorry i talk like this)
-and he will ask u to put the fruit in a bowl
-talk to citizen while having the fruit in your inventory
-he should give u bowl and put the fruits in it

-after that go back to that man
he will thank you for giving him fruits

--and he will ask u if u would like to learn observation v2 (ken v2)

-there u go u have ken v2 (observation v2)

tips :
be on vip server and afk for 20-45 min or till elephant captain spawn but first look for the fruits or do the citizen quest until elephant spawn

dont go to public or u will get killed as stupid player that always looking for noobs to killed instead of killing pro players that same lv as them (i hate public cuz of that)
