I collect the 22nd blue coin in Bianco Hills without pressing the A button, using only the Spray and Hover Nozzles.

To do that, I store a Pondskater bounce by grabbing a banana at the same time that I bounce, sidestep to the village, then reactivate the bounce by sidestepping off a ledge at the base of the big wall. This gives me enough height to reach the highest windmill platform, from where I can hover to the coin.

This video is TAS, played on Dolphin 5.0 using the NTSC-J version of the game.
