BLUE GUARDIAN: Margaret - Part 5: Nearly Drowning in a Flooded Tower
With the Courtyard's underground drained of water, two of the Survey Corps soldiers sealed off the now-empty hole so that no one falls into it.
Margaret makes her way out of the Courtyard itself, and eventually finds the Corps Commander again. She calls him out for all of the suspicious stuff that he's said before.
But then the Commander clears up things with Margaret on why he said what he did. It all just amounted to clearing the Water Deity's tower of all of its monsters and giant rats. He and his men were also responsible of draining the underground's water, so that they could further investigate the problems with the tower.
For now, the Commander went back into the Courtyard with his men. Apollo had another talk with Margaret over how she shouldn't have accused the knights of any treachery. Because the tower still has that magic magnetic field interrupting his communication with Margaret on the inside, Apollo now has her leave the entire tower, but Margaret was still wondering if she left something unchecked...

But right now, Margaret couldn't even take the Inlet Channel's lift up to leave. Apollo then shows her that the inlet has lost its stream flow, which powered the lift. Apollo then has Margaret visit the Water Tower far east from the Courtyard to see if she can get the stream to come back.
Turns out that the Water Tower is almost completely submerged. Margaret had no choice but to hold her breath and dive in to activate the drainage. When she did, however, she was forced downward with the water!.
You then have to help her reach an air pocket quickly before she drowns! Find a wheel to the far right of where Margaret ends up in, and then shoot it five times to block a stream that walls you out from the air pocket. Then you can make a bit of progress to find a way out of that flooded tower. If you don't shoot the wheel enough times, a current will push you away from going through its and reaching the air pocket. If you shoot the wheel too much, the gate will keep the way closed off.

On the way back to the surface land, you'll see that Commander again, this time talking about a guard...
Eventually, you'll be in the Dark Passage again, and then use an elevator to go back to the Courtyard.
Margaret was so relieved! She almost drowned back there in that Water Tower!
After Margaret told Apollo what happened to her, he was finally convinced that the entire Tower of the Water Deity was in some sort of trouble. For now. It was time to go back to the Front Hall for more investigating.

As a bit of a diversion, I went through the Underground Channel again. Thanks to the new Wall Jump ability, after a little while, I eventually reach the second hidden cogwheel artifact! Then I backtracked and prepared to use that Wall Jump to reach a new part of the entire tower site.
