Blue Hair Ombré with Manic Panic Step by Step Tutorial- TheSalonGuy
989Here is a blue hair ombre that was done on my model Gloria. This was a 7 hour job! I used a balayage ombre technique, left it on for about 45 minutes, washed it out. I then blow dried her hair and did the same technique with the blue and violet pieces.
I used 25 as a pre styler.
