During the Solar Eclipse of 2017, I noticed something during about 80%-99% partial eclipse where the lighting changed dramatically. It was magical, mystifying, and very intriguing. Before totality, my environment seemed to take on this very faint blue/purple tint. The light was noticeably dimmer and shadows were sharper, but things almost looked clearer...almost MORE HD! It was very bizarre, but also super awesome!

My goal of this video is to acquire as many photos and videos from YOU as I can so I can further observe this. I'm not sure where it will lead, but I'm intrigued by this. The videographer in me would love to figure out a way to re-create this lighting somehow and make a video out of it.

Please send me your photos and videos OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS (not the sun or actual eclipse), from about 80-99% partial eclipse. I'm not interested in seeing pictures or video of the eclipse itself, or even totality. I'm really just interested in this specific window of time as I want to see how well (or how poorly) cameras were able to capture this very strange lighting.
●Please send as high of resolution photos/videos as possible.
●Also, please include the make & model of the camera it was taken on.
●Include what % of the eclipse the photo/video it was taken at (as close as possible).

Basically as much information as I can get pertaining to your photo/video, that'd be super helpful.
