having 'BlueStacks App Player 2.4.43.6254 - 32-bit installed on Windows 10(Version 1607, build: 1493.1358). It was launching well, and working well without facing any kind of errors at all. However, when I tried letting 'BlueStacks App Player 2.4.43.6254 be updated into the 'Bluestack App Player 2.7.320.8504'

I was faced with this error kind: I am NOT sure exactly when what might be causing that error, and what I performed exactly to let that error appear. However, I noticed when trying the followings, the error appeared.

When trying opening/navigating to the 'Settings', and clicking on 'Sound'/App etc' in the device section, or 'clicking on the "settings" gear, and then selecting 'preference', I found this this error "CodeTitans.JSon.JSonReaderException Invaild token found ("
